The Spanish El Gordo draw

In Spain all the raffle codes are drawn as wooden balls from two big draw machines. In the first draw machine, there are as many balls as there are raffle codes and every ball has a raffle code written on it. In a second draw machine there are as many balls as there are prizes and each ball has a prize amount written on it. A ball is drawn from each draw machine and the codes and corresponding prize amounts are sung out by pupils. The draw takes around 3.5 hours.
